Start your return online: print the pre-paid shipping label, and bring your item to the carrier listed on the label. You will receive an email when your return is received, and your refund has been processed. You will receive a credit or refund of the same amount you paid, in the currency you paid, other than any shipping cost, when you purchased the eligible item from our Site.

Our Refund Policy applies to all items purchased through Ecko.com; refunds of purchases made through any third-party sites, any retail stores or any third-party Facebook pages, will be pursuant to the policies of said third-party entity. To return an item you purchased from our Site, the item must be eligible for return. This means the item has to be in its original condition: new, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in its original packaging with the labels attached. The item must not have been purchased as a “Final Sale” or offered as a gift-with-purchase or other promotional give-away or promotional offer. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of items that you purchased elsewhere.

If you purchased a product directly from Ecko.com and it's not a Final Sale product, you can request a shipping label using our Return Portal at ECKO UNLTD - Returns Center. Products returned within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund, minus a return shipping fee of $10 USD per package. The refund will be issued in the original payment method.

If you purchased a product directly from Ecko.com and it arrives damaged, please use our Return Portal at ECKO UNLTD - Returns Center within three business days of receiving the product. Provide details about the damage and your order number. Once approved, you will receive a shipping label to return the item.

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges of items. Please return the item using our portal and then place a new order.

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed once the item is received back. Your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the refund or credit on your credit or debit card.

Please allow an additional 7 to 10 days for return processing during peak shopping periods such as promotional weekends and holidays.

No, free gifts, samples, or promotional items with retail value cannot be returned, and no refunds will be issued for them under any circumstances.
